Noney to Kedarnath via Bus
To reach Kedarnath temple, there is no bus services directly from Noney to New Delhi. So, if you are planning to travel by bus, you have to first travel from Noney to Imphal, then to Guwahati. After reaching Guwahati, take the bus for Ballia (Uttar Pradesh). Once you reach Ballia, you have to switch the bus for Kashmiri Gate Bus Terminal in New Delhi.
After reaching New Delhi, you can take a bus for Dehradun. Bus service is one of the best and easiest way to reach Dehradun. Other option available is you can opt for taxi or a cab. After reaching Dehradun, you can take a bus to reach Sonprayag. Once you reach Sonprayag, the distance to Gaurikund is only 5 km. You can easily find a taxi there and the ride will only take around 15-20 minutes.
From Gaurikund, the trekking route starts which is 16 km and generally takes 6 to 8 hours. The whole trekking duration depends on your speed and weather conditions.

Weather Conditions in Kedarnath Area
During summer, the temperature in Kedarnath varies from 10°C to 20° C. Here, Chardham yatra opens only for six months, from April to November. During the month from November to March, the temple remain closed. Best time to visit there is May to June or September to October.
