Day 01:  Dehradun 

Our services will start with pickup, either from the airport or Railway station. Our tour starts from next day, however today’s stay in Dehradun is a complimentary sojourn organized by the company for the guests. We will drive to the hotel to check in.  Day 02: Dehradun- to Yamunotri  

Our journey starts early in the morning as the weather tends to stay stable in the morning. We will take pack breakfast from the hotel & will check out and drive to the helipad for our flight. Load being an essential part of the helicopter flying logistics, we only allow maximum 5kgs of luggage to be carried by each passenger. The reshuffling of the luggage can be done the previous night itself so that you are not in a rush to leave for the charter. The extra baggage can be stored in the hotel. It takes around 10 mins drive from the hotel to the sahastradhara helipad. We take off for Kharsali helipad. Our staff at Kharsali will receive you and take you to your hotel to check in and later we will begin our journey for Yamunotri Dham. We can take Palkis or ponies as per availability. Day 03: Yamunotri to Gangotri  

Today after breakfast we will check out from the hotel and head towards the helipad to catch our flight to Gangotri. The helipad we land at is called Harsil, one of the most beautiful and scenic site in the Chardham sector. Our staff will lead you to the hotel for check in. The Gangotri Dham is around 25 kms from Harsil and takes around an hour to drive. We will head out in our cars for Gangotri Dham. The round trips takes around 3 to 3.5 hours. Once back you can explore the beautiful localities like the shiv temple in Harsil, walks to villages like Bagodi and mukwa. Overnight at – Harsil

Day 04: Gangorti to Kedarnath 

Post breakfast we check out from the hotel and head out to the helipad for our next flight to Phata or Guptkashi. Once there we, as per the guidelines of the state govt, change the helicopter and switch to the shuttle service, which will take us to the Kedarnath Temple. The temple is only around 500mts from the helipad at Kedarnath dham. It approximately takes around 2 hours to do the darshan at temple. If time permits then you can also visit the Bhairon mandir (Optional). Later we fly back in the shuttle service to Phata/guptkashi and head to the hotel.Overnight at Phata/guptkashi.

 Day 05: Kedarnath To Badrinath

After breakfast we will head to the Phata/ Guptkashi helipad to catch our flight to Badrinath ji. We land at helipad close to Badrinath. We will take the cars and drive to our hotel in Badrinath to check in. Later in the day we will head out to visit the temple. It takes approximately around 12 hours to do the Darshan. Other attractions at Badrinath are hot springs, evening arti and if time permits then we can also visit mana village, the last village on the indian side before the Tibet border. This would be the completion of our Chardham yatra and next day we head back to Dehradun Overnight Badrinath.

After breakfast we will check out and drive to the helipad at Badrinath. Our estimated time of arrival in sahastradhara would be around 0815 AM. Once there we can drive to the hotel to collect the baggage and then head to airport or railway station. End of services

ADD-ON SERVICES

  1. Confirmation of additional services such as Maha Abhishek Puja, RudraAbhishek Puja, or any other additional service, has to be provided by the passengers at the time of booking. Payment for the Puja’s are collected by our staff at Dehradun, as we need to arrange the Puja in advance.

BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER

  1. Flying in hills are subject to bad weather, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.
  2. Company has its own crew at all the Dham’s. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.
  3. Network connectivity atBadrinath is very poor. BSNL &Jio are the main telecom services, that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.
  4. All temples in Chardham sector are located at high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Also, they are advised to carry heavy woollen clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

  1. Company will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers. Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.

CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972

  1. The carriage is subject to Comapany Services regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etcas notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
  2. Company reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).

RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING

  1. Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before arrival date.
  2. In case rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 30 days before the journey-70% refund
  2. 20 days before the journey-50% refund
  3. 10 days before the journey-no refund
  4. No show-no refund
  5. Cancellation after commencement of tour-no refund.

Basis of Refund:

  1. Tour Cost: Full refund toward the proportionate amount of the cancelled sector as below-
  2. Cancellation of Complete tour – Full refund, minus INR 7,500 per person toward the flight preparation & ground arrangement charges.
  3. Only Badrinathji – INR 3,60,000 (tax inclusive for 06 pax).
  4. EkdhamBadrinathDham tour will be chargeable to the passengers in case only BadriDham is covered.
  5. Only Kedarnathji– INR 3,20,000 (tax inclusive for 06 pax).
  6. EkdhamKedarnathDham tour will be chargeable to the passengers in case only KedarDham is covered.

BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICIES

  1. Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond Company Services’ control results in the cancellation of your flight being delayed or cancelled, Company Services will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per our refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses done by the passengers shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
  2. In case tour departure does not take place from Dehradun as per the scheduled departure timing due to above reasons, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within our package duration, but without any extension of timings.
  3. In case flying does not take place during the entire day, tour will be considered as cancelled & full refund as per our policies will be made.
  4. In case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers.
  5. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.
  6. New Dodham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).
  7. In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package duration, but without any extension of timings.
  8. Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
  9. Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
  10. If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 90,000/hr plus GST.
  11. Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.

Additional Services

  1. Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over and above the refundable Tour Cost.
  2. Refund against any unutilized service would not be calculated separately and be added to the refundable amount.
  3. COVID-19 Case, or any National/State Emergency:
  4. In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
  5. However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by India Easy Trip / Chardhamhelicopters.com against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.

Disputes

  1. Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Haridwar Jurisdiction.
  2. Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above-mentioned terms &conditions by the party.
