In Chardham yatra 2022, there will be a Hi-tech photometric registration facility will be available to the devotees coming to Chardham Yatra. The responsibility has been given to ‘Ethics Infotech’, an organization working in the IT sector.
A hand band with a QR code facility will be provided to the devotees. This option will be made available through mobile apps and websites for those who register online. For this task, all the major centers on the Chardham yatra route including Rishikesh and Haridwar will start functioning from April 15.
For the preparation of Chardham Yatra this year, on February 28, in Rishikesh, Commissioner- Garhwal Division Sushil Kumar called a meeting of all the key officers and gave necessary directions in which registration of every devotee coming on Chardham Yatra has to be made necessary. Before this year, ‘Trilok Security System’ was handling this work but for Chardham yatra 2022, this work has been given to ‘Ethics Infotech’.

Rishikesh – Chardham Yatra Bus Stand, Gurdwara Shri Hemkund Sahib, Haridwar- Rahi Motel, Railway Station, Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, Yamunotri Dham, Barkot, Dobata, Janki Chatti, Hina, Sonprayag, Pakhi, Gokshwadghat
The online service and registration have been given more priority this year. About 15 centers have been chosen for offline registration, in which work will start from April 15 in major centers including Rishikesh and Haridwar.
