From Guptkashi you have to go to Sonprayag via road for about 30 km with your own vehicle, rental vehicle, and public bus. From Sonprayag you need to travel to Gaurikund via local taxi for about 6 km, then there will be a trek to Kedarnath of about 16Km which must be done on foot.
Note – Gauri Kund is the vehicle’s last stop, and the trek to the temple starts. The trek is 16 km long and can be covered in 5-6 hrs. Anyone cannot trek, they can hire a pony, or palkis to reach the temple.

There is no direct flight from Amreli to Kedarnath. From Amreli 1st you need to travel to Rajkot from there you can take a flight to Jolly Grant, Dehradun.
Jolly Grant Airport, which is located in Dehradun, is the closest airport to Kedarnath Yatra. From here either, we take the route by road or can take helicopter services direct to the Guptkashi or Phata. There is no train service available to Kedarnath till now. Rishikesh and Haridwar Railway Stations are the closest. From Amreli there is no direct train available for Haridwar or Rishikesh. For the train you need to travel to Rajkot JN from there you need to take the train to Ahmedabad then from Ahmedabad you’ll get a direct train to Haridwar.
