Adi Kailash is also known as Shiva Kailash, Chota Kailash, Baba Kailash, or Jonglingkong Peak, a mountain located in the Himalayan mountain range in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, India.

Adi Kailash and Om Parvat are not the same.

Adi Kailash or Chota Kailash is located in a different direction, near the Sin La Pass and near the Brahma Mountains, the base camp of Adi Kailash is 17 km from the sacred Jolking Lake along with the Lord Shiva temple from Kuti village.

Om Parvat can be seen en route to the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from the last camp below Lipulekh Pass at the Nabhidhang Indo-China border post guarded by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, which also houses the Public Works Department guest house on the Indian side. Many trekkers of Adi Kailash often make a turn to see Om Parvat. Om Parvat is located near the Nabhi Dhang Camp on the Kailash-Lake Mansarovar Yatra route.
