Chardham: Within 26 days, more than 12 lakh people visited, 23 lakh registrations, faith in Hemkund Sahib also flooded According to the report of the Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee, more than 12 lakh pilgrims have visited the four Dhams till May 29. Till late night of May 28, more than 11 lakh 89 thousand devotees visited the four Dhams.

This time in Chardham Yatra, the number of pilgrims who visited within 26 days has reached more than 12 lakhs. Four lakhs in Badrinath, more than three and a half lakh devotees have visited Kedarnath Dham. So far 23 lakh pilgrims have registered for the Yatra.

There is an influx of faith in Hemkund Sahib including Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, Yamunotri. According to the report of the Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee, more than 12 lakh pilgrims have visited the four Dhams till May 29. Since the opening of Badrinath Dham, 407378 pilgrims have visited till now. Whereas in Kedarnath, 381006 pilgrims took the blessings of Baba Kedar.

In this, 38955 pilgrims reached Kedarnath by heli service. 229724 pilgrims visited Gangotri Dham and 170894 pilgrims visited Yamunotri. The number of pilgrims reaching Badrinath and Kedarnath has increased to 7.88 lakh. Similarly, 400618 devotees reached Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham. Within a week, 16587 devotees paid their respects at Hemkund Sahib.

The media in-charge of Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee, Dr. Harish Gaur told that there is an influx of devotees in the four Dhams and Hemkund Sahib. The yatra is going on as normal due to clear weather.
