In Chardham Yatra 2022, tourists coming from other states will not have to bear the traffic problem as compared to last year. Like before, pilgrims were coming to Roorkee city for going to Chardham yatra but this time, pilgrims will go to Dehradun and Haridwar through the new bypass road. Both these bypass routes are operational since 2021.
The Chardham Yatra was not running happily for the last 2 years due to the pandemic, but this time it has been estimated that it will break the old records of Chardham yatra.
Pilgrims and tourists who want to travel to Chardham places, now don’t have to come from manglour to Roorkee, instead, they will reach Haridwar via Core College bypass. In the same way, tourists who are going to come from other states will now go to Dehradun from Saliyar bypass. With this step, the Roorkee city can become Jam-free in Chardham yatra 2022.
