After Kedarnath Dham kapat the kapat of Badrinath Dham opened at 4:15 A.M on 18th of may.However the yatra will will suspended for this year only the priest will be allowed to worship at Temple.
The Badrinath Dham was opened by performing all the rituals but the common citizens were not allowed to present at ritiuals due to COvid-19 pandemic the Chardham yatra has been temporarily postponded.
Earlier on 17th of may the kapat(portals) of Kedarnath dham were opened after a winter vacation of six months.
Tourism minister Satpal maharaj said they will continue journey once the cases comes in control.
