At a distance of nine kilometers from Varanasi’s junction Sarnath Temple is a diverted Buddhist pilgrimage center located near the confluence of Ganga and Varuna River in Uttar Pradesh it is one of the popular Buddhist pilgrimage sits in India and also one of the must visit Varanasi tourist places. The Best Time to Visit Temple? 

October to March is the Best Month to visit Sarnath. It is best to avoid visiting the place from April to October as the area experiences scorching heat and it becomes difficult to sightsee.
