The distance from Haridwar to Kedarnath is about 234km via road since there are no direct buses from Haridwar to Kedarnath, you have to take a bus from Haridwar to Guptakashi And From Guptakashi to Sonprayag a rented car or public buses are also available, from Sonprayag to Gaurikund you have to take a local taxi for about 6km, and then from Gaurikund there will be a trek of 22km to Kedarnath Temple.

The nearest airport to Kedarnath Temple is Jolly Grant Airport which is situated in Dehradun. The distance from Dehradun to Kedarnath Temple is about 108km via air.
