It has been expected that record-breaking travelers will visit Chardham yatra in 2022. It has also come to notice and can be seen also that after the Uttarakhand elections 2022, nowadays there is pressure on the administration and Govt officials to improve the Chardham Yatra situations this year 2022. This year there will be no fear of corona and but the covid protocol has to be followed to safeguard the tourists.
As per the information received from the tour and travel community, 60% booking has been received till this February. Along with the Indian travelers, foreign tourists are also expected to come in a large number because there is no international traveler restriction this time. Some govt officials have also predicted that the number of tourists in 2019 (around 9,90,000) will surpass the existing numbers.
