With the news of door opening Yamunotri and Gangotri Dham on May 3 and Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham gate opening on May 8, the Uttarakhand Roadways has planned to run 50 buses on the Chardham route if the number of tourists will increase. Including this, daily bus services will also be there from Rishikesh to Chardham

There is a lot of excitement among the devotees about the yatra. Hotels along the travel route have started getting bookings. Buses, taxi drivers, and hotel admins are getting an advance booking. In the same way, Uttarakhand Roadways has also started a strategy for the journey.
With this step by Uttarakhand roadways, the local passengers will also get the benefit. Roadways buses have provided already free travel for the people who are above 65 years of age in Uttarakhand.
